World Firefighters Games 2024
Back in 2020, the City of Aalborg and World Firefighters Games Western Australia Inc. made the decision to postpone the World Firefighters Games 2021 to 7 – 14 September 2024 due to the COVID-19 pandemic and you are invited to come along!
Throughout the years, Aalborg, Denmark has successfully hosted numerous large international and national events. Their success is a result of the city’s high standard infrastructure and facilities, but also our focus on people coming together in the spirit of friendship, family and cultural exchange.

Social Events
During the World Firefighters Games 2024, you can take part in an exciting social and cultural programme. You can join your fellow firefighters for the opening and closing cere - monies and experience concerts and cultural performances in Games Village.
The opening ceremony and concerts and cultural performances will also be open to the public.
In between sports, it will be possible to go on city tours to the sights of Aalborg and Northern Denmark or just enjoy the many other events going on in the many parks and squares in the city.
Eligibility
The World Firefighters Games allows entrants that are full-time, part-time, retired, support staff, volunteer, as well as families of fire service personnel to enter - so what are you waiting for?
