Notice of 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

In accordance with the Constitution, NOTICE is hereby given that the 2025 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING of the Volunteer Fire and Rescue Services Association of WA (Inc) will be conducted on Wednesday the 27th of August in the Avon Room, the Adina Hotel, 33 Mounts Bay Road, Perth commencing at 1800.

Important Dates:

• Notices of Motion: Brigades are invited to submit any Notice of Motion in writing by 12:00 PM (noon) on Wednesday, 13th August 2025. Submissions can be mailed to PO Box 164, Guildford WA 6055, or emailed to Tim Sonsee, Executive Officer, at executive@vfrs.asn.au.

• Brigade Attendance: Please return your attendance form by 12:00 PM (noon) on Wednesday, 13th August 2025.

• Proxy Forms: All proxy forms must be submitted to the Association no later than 6:00 PM on Tuesday, 26th August 2025.

• The official agenda, which will include all submitted Notices of Motion, will be circulated to all Brigades by Wednesday, 20th August 2025.
